Feature

Contact addresses on the mobile app

What Changed

A contact’s address was visible on the desktop contact panel but nowhere in the
mobile app, so an agent heading to a showing had to stop and open a laptop just
to read an address that was already in the CRM.

The mobile contact Info tab now has an Address section, right under
Contact:

  • Every address is listed, primary first, each labelled with its type
(Home, Work, Mailing, and so on) and badged when it’s the primary one.
  • Tap an address to open it in Maps — Apple Maps on iPhone, Google Maps on
Android — so you can start driving straight from the contact.
  • Press and hold to copy the full address to your clipboard.
  • Add, edit, and delete addresses from the phone. Tap + on the section
header to add one, or the button on a row to edit it, promote it to
    primary, or remove it.

Good to know

  • Contacts with nothing saved now show the section with “No address available
for this contact”, so it’s obvious the address is missing rather than
    hidden.
  • Address field locks are respected: when an admin has locked addresses for a
lead source, the row shows a lock and editing and deleting are unavailable —
the same rule the desktop applies.
  • Enriching an address is still a desktop-only action for now.
